That is why in 2008, the Thap Tram Huong project was built to replace the unfinished 'artificial sea flower' project.

What does Thap Tram Huong have?
The Thap Tram Huong structure consists of 6 specially connected floors, creating a harmonious beauty including:
The basement is a technical room, elevator, electricity, water, toilets... serving tourists to move and ensure stable operation at the tower.
The ground floor features a hexagonal center courtyard along with a tower with 5 petal-like wings. This part will be preserved including the main hall and four ancillary halls, serving as a place to exhibit and promote images of Khanh Hoa tourism and local businesses. On the walls at this floor are intricately carved details combined with exhibition contents of elegant bas-reliefs.

The 1st floor of the tower is connected to a large square courtyard, a place for tourists and local people to enjoy and admire the scenery. At the base of the tower are 5 large statues resembling the shape of waves, bearing the breath of the coastal city. Going up to the 2nd floor, the tower is constructed in layers like the petals of a flower. However, this unique architectural feature is also explained by locals as the image of sails on the blue sea. Especially, the top floor of the tower resembles a agarwood core with an incense burner located on top of the tower. However, it also holds another meaning for the coastal area, that is the image of a lighthouse shining day and night, guiding ships on the Nha Trang sea.
