Lam Kinh Festival in 2012 is set to take place from October 6th to 8th, 2012, at the Lam Kinh Historical Relic Site, Tho Xuan, Thanh Hoa.

Within the framework of Lam Kinh Festival 2012, there will be ceremonies at significant historical sites such as the Le Thai To Temple in Xuan Lam Commune, the Le Thai To Tomb Complex, the Historical Lam Kinh Temple Complex, the Trung Tuc Vuong Le Lai Temple in Kien Tho Commune, the Thai Temples of the Le Dynasty in Dong Ve Ward, and the Le Loi Monument in Thanh Hoa City. Additionally, cultural, sports, and tourism activities will be held, including traditional games and folk performances associated with Lam Kinh Festival, as well as ethnic sports and more.
The festival is organized to honor the national hero Le Loi, the Le kings, generals, and the people who contributed to the country's establishment and defense. It also aims to revive the rich cultural heritage and ethnic identity of Thanh, thereby contributing to the vibrant promotion of Heritage Tourism within the framework of the National Tourism Year for the Northern Central Coastal Region - Hue 2012 program.
Lam Kinh Festival also aims to instill patriotic values, love for the homeland, and a sense of national pride among all layers of the population, thereby enhancing unity, endeavoring, and building a more prosperous and civilized homeland.
