They are the resilient and indomitable fighters against foreign invaders, they are diligent, intelligent, and creative workers, they are the custodians of cultural values and the progenitors of heroic generations of our nation.

In today's era, the era of science and technology, Vietnamese women rise to assert themselves. They are dynamic and innovative in their work, honored in society, yet they never forget their roles, positions, and responsibilities in family life.

It's often said: 'Behind the success of a man is always the shadow of a woman,' and this is indeed true because we understand that 'The high mountain relies on its sitting ground, the low mountain relies on the high mountain.' The success of a man in his career, the happiness in family life are all thanks to the sacrifice and forgiveness of women.

On this occasion, I sincerely thank all comrades and colleagues. I wish everyone, comrades, and families always stay healthy and happy. Wishing all women on October 20th to be filled with joy, happiness, and achieve many successes.
