Procedures
What is the typical shipping time for StockX?

StockX usually requires 7 to 12 business days to deliver your order. This timeframe includes both Seller's shipping time and the time spent in StockX’s Verification Centers. Seller shipping times may vary between 2 to 5 days.
- Items purchased on or after release day may take longer as Sellers are granted extra time to ship from the original retailer. In such cases, an estimated delivery window will be provided before confirming your purchase.
- StockX marketplace deals with high-value and rare products to ensure that items meet their internal quality standards.

StockX Xpress Ship orders are delivered within 3 business days. If you match a Seller’s Ask price for an Express Ship item (indicated by a rocket icon next to the product listing), your item will be shipped immediately. Xpress Ship orders will be delivered to you within 3 business days.
- The Xpress Ship option is currently limited to the United States and is available only for sneakers.
- Xpress Ship items have a $24.95 shipping fee—$10 more than the standard shipping rate.
- New Sellers are currently not being accepted into the Xpress Ship program.
StockX Shipping Process for Buyers

Sellers typically have 2 full business days to ship standard items. After purchase, the Seller packages and drops off the item for delivery within 2 days. However, Sellers can request 1 additional day to ship any order, and StockX can also provide additional business days to ship various new release items at their discretion.
- The purchase day is not counted as a full business day.
- New release items sold shortly after release may have up to 5 business days to ship: 3 for new release shoes and streetwear, and 5 for Supreme items.
- The Seller you buy from may be in a different time zone from you, so their shipping deadline depends on their location at the time of the sale.
- If a Seller misses their shipping deadline, StockX will try to connect you with a new Seller. If unsuccessful, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Expect email updates regarding the shipping and delivery of your item. For standard orders, StockX will email you once your purchase is completed, when the Seller ships your item to the Verification Center, when your item is successfully verified and shipped, and when it is delivered. You can also track your order status by logging into the StockX website and navigating to My Account > Buying.
- If your item is in transit for more than 3 days without a tracking update, contact StockX Customer Support to file a claim.
- If your package appears delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors or your building's front desk. If still missing, inform StockX to initiate an investigation with the carrier.

Shipping Process for Sellers on StockX

Receive your shipping deadline via email upon item purchase. Upon a Buyer's purchase, StockX sends Sellers an email with the shipping deadline. Sellers can also view deadlines on the My Account > Selling > Pending page.
- Sellers typically have 2 business days to ship, with exceptions for new-release products.
- For extension requests, visit Selling > Pending, find the order, and click “Extend” in the “Ship By” column. Receive automatic approval or denial.
- Missing the deadline prompts alerts from StockX. Continued failure to ship may result in sale cancellation and penalties.

Prepare the shipping label, invoice, and a suitable box. Access and print the shipping label and invoice from the My Account > Selling > Pending page. Use a box no more than 5 cm larger on any side than the item's box. Line the box with bubble wrap or shipping paper.
- For reused boxes, remove old labels, stickers, and barcodes.
- Remove any HAZMAT and warning labels—StockX cannot accept items with these labels attached.

Insert the invoice inside and affix the shipping label outside the box. Place the invoice inside the box for StockX verification and securely attach the shipping label to the box's exterior for scanning at the drop-off location.
- Use packing tape to seal all seams on the top and bottom of the box.
- If selling a Funko Pop!, protect its box with a snug-fitting plastic case before placing it in the shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

Deliver your securely sealed box to the designated shipping carrier. Once you've properly packaged and sealed your item, take it to the shipping carrier specified in the initial deadline email sent by StockX upon purchase.
