Stingrays are freshly placed directly into the hot pot, allowing the meat to soak up the flavors of the broth. The broth itself carries the delightful aroma and sweetness of the stingray!
Aside from the top 3 best-selling signature dishes at Bà Sáu, the menu offers a diverse range of over 200 items, from snails, seafood to beef, pork,... at very reasonable prices ranging from 55K to 160K.

As for the ambiance, I found the space to be incredibly spacious and refreshing. When I visited the branch by 158 Hạ Long Beach, let me tell you, the seaside view was breathtaking.
Despite the expansive and luxurious space, I found the prices of the dishes on the menu to be very reasonable. Fresh and delicious seafood, beautifully prepared, offering plenty of choices for everyone.
