While it may not be startling news, both the Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra are rumored to come packaged with a 25W fast charger, as disclosed by leaker @rquandt on Twitter.

Similarly to last year's Galaxy Note 10 series, Galaxy Note 20 is anticipated to support 25W fast charging, while Galaxy Note 20 Ultra will boast 45W fast-charging capability. Nevertheless, both smartphone models will be accompanied by a Samsung 25W charger. Those opting for Galaxy Note 20 Ultra and desiring the 45W charging speed will need to purchase a separate fast charger.
Just like the previous year's Galaxy Note 10 lineup, Galaxy Note 20 is slated to support 25W fast charging, whereas Galaxy Note 20 Ultra will offer 45W fast-charging capacity. However, both smartphone variants will be sold with a Samsung 25W charger. For individuals purchasing Galaxy Note 20 Ultra aiming for the 45W charging speed, a separate fast charger will be required.
There are various explanations as to why Samsung isn't including a 45W fast charger with the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. Firstly, the 45W fast charger isn't a game-changer accessory. Comparing the fast charging speed between the Galaxy Note 10 (25W) and Galaxy Note 10+ (45W) reveals that the speed difference isn't substantial.
However, one could also argue that bundling a 45W fast charger would raise the selling price. Therefore, customers may be satisfied with the 25W charger and opt to purchase the 45W charger if they deem it necessary.
Lastly, the 45W charger may have a larger size compared to the 25W charger. Thus, if Samsung wants to include it with the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, they would need to redesign the packaging.
