Inserting YouTube Videos into Word
Step 1: Access YouTube via a web browser. Search for and open the video you want to add to Word.
Step 2: While watching the video, click on the Share button.
Step 3: Press Copy when the link appears.

Step 4: With the copied URL or embed code, open Word. From the top toolbar, select Insert (1) >> Online Video (2).
