The FCC certification confirms that the Galaxy Tab Active 5 supports 5G, comes with an S Pen, and features 15W fast charging.

Recently, a 10,000mAh battery expected to power the upcoming Tab Active5 appeared on SafetyKorea. Today, this tablet has just obtained FCC certification, thereby confirming several key specifications.

According to the FCC listing, the Active5 will come in two variants: a 5G model with the SM-X306B model number and a WiFi-only model with the SM-X300. The certification also reveals that the device will feature 128GB of internal memory and support a microSD card slot for additional storage of up to 64GB. The tablet will support the S-Pen and a 15W charger.

This list also provides a glimpse into the device during testing, indicating it comes in gray or black options. Currently, these are all the details we know about the Galaxy Tab Active5.

Expected to succeed the Galaxy Tab Active4 Pro, this tablet is set to carry forward the legacy. The previous model, unveiled in October last year, boasted a 10.1-inch LCD with a resolution of 1,920 x 1,200 pixels, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. Under the hood, it packs the power of the Snapdragon 778G chipset paired with the Adreno 642L GPU. The tablet offers two storage options: 4GB RAM with 64GB internal storage, and 6GB RAM with 128GB internal storage.
