Just because a game appears on the App Store as pre-register or has a Facebook page doesn't mean it's available for play.
Recently, gamers noticed Tower of Fantasy, a popular title lately, appearing on the Vietnamese App Store and Google Play. Despite the absence of a Vietnamese homepage or Facebook page, its pre-registration on the App Store suggests an imminent release.
However, just because a game shows up on the App Store or has an official verified Facebook page doesn't ensure its release in the Vietnamese market. Recall Identity V, which despite its verified Facebook page, sadly vanished.

In early March 2021, Identity V, the asymmetric survival game by NetEase, surprisingly launched its official fan page in Vietnam, complete with the blue verification badge. Many anticipated its imminent release, even the page administrators affirmed its soon arrival.
Prior to this, Identity V had been released in various countries and markets but was not permitted in Vietnam. Hence, Vietnamese gamers couldn't find it on the official platforms like the App Store and Google Play. The reason being, Identity V didn't meet the necessary criteria for approval by the relevant regulatory authorities for release in the domestic market.
Hence, the adamant assertion by the Identity V administrator left many bewildered. However, what happened next? The project vanished into thin air, the Facebook page also got mercilessly deleted. There are no more verified Facebook pages, and naturally, the game is no longer mentioned for official release.
So, just because a game appears on the App Store or has a verified Facebook page doesn't guarantee its release in the Vietnamese market. As for Tower of Fantasy, we'll have to wait until that day comes to know for sure.
