Following the addition of a new GPU cloud solution for HPC applications, NVIDIA has rolled out an update for GeForce Game Ready 388.31. This update includes further optimizations for EVE Valkyrie - Warzone and Star Wars: Battlefront II 2017 SLI, along with Injustice 2 and Star Wars: Battlefront II 2017 3D Vision profiles, and resolves lag issues when using GPU monitoring tools.
The GeForce Game Ready 388.31 driver is now available for download.
Furthermore, this update addresses no graphics hardware compatibility issues on Alienware Amplifier systems. The “Set stereoscopic 3D” option is now available in the NVIDIA Control Panel, and the Pattern Design Software item is displayed without any exceptions.
Speaking of compatibility, NVIDIA provides files compatible with 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, and 10 for configuring desktops or notebooks. Download NVIDIA GeForce here.
So simply download and run the package specifically designed for your computer and operating system, wait until all necessary files are available, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the new driver update process.
You can also use software to assist in downloading and updating drivers automatically for your computer. Some software for automatic driver updates on PC include: 3D Chip, Driver Booster, and more.
Finally, but no less important, after the upgrade process completes, restart the system to apply all changes. If the settings window does not prompt for a system reboot automatically, you perform a manual restart.
