Ubisoft has officially announced that the beloved Rainbow Six Extraction will launch in early 2022 after a three-month delay.
The year 2022 is a highly anticipated year for AAA blockbusters. Running alongside this is the spin-off of Rainbow Six Siege, which is eagerly awaited by gamers. After an indefinite postponement in September, Ubisoft has now clarified the comeback of the Rainbow series.

This comeback marks many more initiatives geared towards gamers' wallets than its EA counterpart. Specifically, upon its initial announcement, Rainbow Six Extraction had a relatively high price for the full version. Now, gamers only need to fork out $39.99 for the standard edition and $49.99 for the Deluxe edition, including promotional packages.
Additionally, Ubisoft is offering a special Buddy Pass package, allowing R6 Extraction buyers to play with two friends (without purchasing the game) for two weeks. Each game buyer will receive two Buddy Pass codes, exclusively for two designated players. Their progress will transfer to the full version if the two players officially purchase the game.

14 days is the time for two players to consider whether to invest further in this game for more bonding. It seems Ubisoft is targeting gamers who are hesitant about the game's pricing and value with these offers. Unlike its EA counterpart, which exhausts players with its relentless monetization strategies, Ubisoft's generosity is extremely reasonable and customer-centric.
The Buddy Pass feature is likely to appear in many other Ubisoft titles, such as the Assassin’s Creed series and various others. This unique feature promotes products closer to gamers who are contemplating their decisions.

In case you didn't know, Rainbow Six Extraction is a spin-off of Rainbow Six Siege. In this installment, players must confront threats from extraterrestrial creatures called Archaeans. The game boasts 18 characters with unlockable levels. Extraction supports co-op play for up to three players on a team, each selecting a character and primary weapon before starting. The battle intensifies as these gruesome creatures possess unique skills, forcing players to learn tactics to defeat them as quickly as possible.
Rainbow Six Extraction will officially debut on 01/20/2022 on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Google Stadia, Amazon Luna, and PC platforms.
