Contrary to Apple's launch claims, real-world tests reveal that the iPhone XR stands out as the iPhone with the best battery life to date.

The newly released 6.1-inch iPhone XR, with a screen resolution of only 828 x 1,792 pixels and a standard pixel density of 'Liquid Retina' 326 ppi, surprisingly outperforms its counterparts XS and even XS Max to become the iPhone with the best battery life.
According to Apple's specifications, the iPhone XR can browse the internet for up to 15 hours or watch videos for 16 hours. This impressive battery life surpasses any smartphone on the market, even outlasting the already excellent iPhone 8 Plus by over 1.5 hours. When compared to its more expensive counterpart, the XS Max, the iPhone XR still excels in battery life despite having significantly lower battery capacity.

In a real-world test conducted by Phone Arena, the iPhone XR showcased an impressive usage time of over 11 hours under standard measurement conditions. This achievement surpasses the previous record held by its Apple predecessor, the iPhone 8 Plus, by nearly 10%, which had a usage time of just over 10 hours.

Additionally, the iPhone XR boasts a commendable standby time, capable of lasting up to two days with moderate usage. This sets it apart as the iPhone with the most remarkable battery life. However, a drawback that disappoints many Apple enthusiasts is the absence of a fast charger in the package, resulting in a rather sluggish charging speed that doesn't match up to the device's impressive battery capacity.
