With enchanting natural landscapes and unique geological features, Hang Rái's 'Stone Park' is becoming a new discovery on the map for off-the-beaten-path travelers in Ninh Thuận.
The Fascinating 'Stone Park' Hang Rái

In May, the sky is high, and the sun shines like honey. Departing from Nha Trang City (Khánh Hòa), we embarked on a 100km journey across hills, seas, and lush green fields to reach Hang Rái.
From a distance, the group was somewhat disappointed as the 'Stone Park' revealed itself with a large, rugged rock that seemed unappealing. However, when stepping onto it, everyone couldn't help but marvel at the unique beauty that nature had intricately arranged.
Hang Rái comprises two points of interest: on one side, a beach with numerous stacked rocks forming small caves – once a habitat for seahorses, giving rise to the name Hang Rái; on the other side, a large cluster of ancient rocks emerges from the sea, creating a 'Stone Park' with various fascinating shapes, a major attraction that captivates a large number of visitors.
Hang Rái is situated in Núi Chúa National Park (Vĩnh Hải commune, Ninh Hải district, Ninh Thuận), just a few kilometers away from the scenic spots of Vĩnh Hy and the 'Four Bình' area: Bình Ba – Bình Hưng – Bình Lập – Bình Tiên.
Besides the azure seas, white sands, golden sunshine, and delectable seafood, Hang Rái offers a winding and enchanting mountain pass, making it a generous gift bestowed by nature upon this beautiful land.
The cluster of ancient rocks at Hang Rái is extensive, divided into two layers. The upper layer, over 2m high, features diverse shapes, with some peaks reaching 20 – 30cm, requiring careful steps as you traverse, and some areas forming smooth round patterns.
Travelers' imagination freely soars as they make fascinating discoveries, experiencing moments of awe and excitement.
The lower layer is a wide and flat rock surface, lying just a few centimeters below sea level, covered with a layer of crystal-clear water. Adventurous wanderers can stroll barefoot on the rocky shore, savoring the exhilarating feeling as waves rhythmically hit the shore and inhaling the salty breeze in the vast expanse of land and sky.
The Hang Rái area features massive coral reefs. With just a few diving tools, travelers can submerge themselves into the clear water to fully appreciate the myriad colors of the ocean world.
This place allows you to admire both sunrise and sunset, attracting photographers to capture mystical illuminated photos.
In addition to Hang Rái, Núi Chúa National Park offers activities such as mountain climbing, camping, turtle egg-laying tours, providing a new and ideal stop for the journey to explore the coastal route from Ninh Thuận to Khánh Hòa.
