The world's order has been shattered, plunging the gods into chaos, anger, and weakness. As the Japanese gods, led by Amaterasu, gather to assess the situation, Tsukuyomi strikes from the shadows. Seeing an opportunity to end Amaterasu's rule, Tsukuyomi seeks to impose a new order - his own - upon the world.

Tsukuyomi demands perfection and order above all else, and those who refuse to yield will forfeit their lives for the greater good. He doesn't see himself as villainous, merely understanding that without such order, the world would descend into chaos. In Tsukuyomi's mind, might is right.
Tsukuyomi's weaponry complements his character as he always maintains distance until the opportune moment to strike. This trait clearly stems from his assassin background. Focusing on ninja-like abilities, Tsukuyomi channels lunar magic through his tonfa. He attacks enemies with shurikens and cuts off escape routes with iron chains. Enemies who come too close risk disarming and stunning from his Kusari-gama. He excels at keeping distance until ready to finish off his target.
In his final technique, Tsukuyomi transforms pure moonlight, shooting out 4 beams of light from his fingertips. Enemies hit will be tightly locked and he swiftly dashes through all afflicted foes, leaping back and forth between his targets to deal damage faster than anyone can perceive.
