Johnny Klebitz – GTA 5

Johnny, the protagonist of GTA 4's DLC The Lost and Damned, makes a reappearance in GTA 5 alongside his gang, The Lost. They move to a new city to start afresh, only to encounter Trevor, one of the game's main characters.

Unfortunately, Trevor, being unhinged, brutally kills Johnny in a fit of rage. Despite Johnny's attempts to reason with Trevor, the latter's response is lethal. Trevor knocks Johnny to the ground, then stomps on his head, resulting in Johnny's immediate demise.

A resilient gang leader who had weathered many storms meets a tragic end at the hands of a madman. It's a death both lamentable and chilling.

Trevor Philips – GTA 5

They say what goes around comes around, and in the trio of main characters in GTA 5, Trevor is the most fearsome. He's almost devoid of reason, revels in chaos, and exhibits violent tendencies in everything he does. His cold-blooded killing of Johnny is a prime example.

Thus, one of the possible endings in GTA 5 allows players to choose Franklin and Michael's decision to eliminate Trevor to rid themselves of his madness. During a high-speed chase, Trevor's vehicle collides with a tanker truck carrying gasoline, drenching him in fuel. Though he crawls out of the wreckage injured, he defiantly challenges his former associates, leading to his demise in a fiery explosion.

Construction Foreman - GTA: San Andreas

This unnamed character serves as the foreman of a construction site in GTA: San Andreas. His 'crime' against Kendl Johnson, CJ's sister, warrants a severe lesson from CJ.

CJ orchestrates the destruction of the temporary housing for the construction workers, then pushes the foreman, hiding in a portable toilet, into a ditch before burying him alive in wet concrete. A successful mission concludes with the foreman suffocating beneath the concrete, a fitting punishment for his arrogance.

Roman Bellic / Kate McCreary - GTA 4

Both characters are close to Niko, the main character in GTA 4. Players face a choice at the end of the game, and each choice results in the death of one of them, serving as a poignant consequence of Niko's criminal endeavors.

Roman Bellic, Niko's cousin, advises him to let go of vengeance against Dimitri and work for the drug lord, Jimmy. However, Dimitri betrays them, leading to an assassination attempt during Roman's wedding. Roman perishes in the chaos, leaving behind a fiancée and unborn child.

Kate McCreary, Niko's love interest, falls victim to Niko's pursuit of revenge against Dimitri. As Niko confronts Dimitri, he inadvertently becomes the target of a hit ordered by Jimmy. Although Niko survives, Kate is fatally shot instead.

Louise Cassidy-Williams - GTA: Vice City Stories

Louise, married to a gangster in Vice City, flees to her parents' home with her child to escape her abusive husband. Vic intervenes and kills her ex-husband, but their happiness is short-lived.

Louise becomes Vic's assistant and lover but faces continuous danger. She is kidnapped by Jerry Martinez and later by crime boss Armando Mendez, who orders her execution. Vic arrives too late, hearing her final words before she succumbs to her injuries, leaving behind their child.
