The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 is the next product in the RTX 40-series GPU lineup, utilizing the Ada Lovelace architecture introduced by the company last year. According to reputable leaker Hongxing2020 on Twitter, NVIDIA's new product is expected to be officially released on April 13 this year.

With just one more month until the highly anticipated graphics card is unveiled, these details align perfectly with previous rumors. Previous speculations suggested that the RTX 4070 non-Ti would debut around April of this year.

The GeForce RTX 4070 series is expected to be equipped with the AD104-250/251 GPU core. This configuration brings 5888 CUDA cores and 12GB of GDDR6X VRAM clocked at 21Gbps. Additionally, it appears that the company has developed three different PCBs specifically for the RTX 4070 series. Two PCBs were unveiled last month, while the remaining variant was discovered by Kopite7kimi.
Possibly, NVIDIA's AIB partners will receive 2 PCB versions, while the remaining one will be used for developing the company's Founders Edition graphics card lineup. You can find detailed information below.

Moreover, images from the MEGAsizeGPU/TechpowerUP GPU database will provide us with a clearer view of the chip die sizes from AD102, AD103 to AD104. You can refer to the image below to see the most noticeable differences.

In terms of power, the RTX 4070 is expected to have a TGP ranging from 200 to 220W, representing a 10% decrease compared to its predecessor generation. Additionally, the GPU core on the RTX 4070 is quite similar to the RTX 3070, with the same number of CUDA cores at 5888. However, with the Ada Lovelace architecture, the new product will achieve significantly higher performance and energy efficiency.
The expected clock frequencies are around 1920MHz for the base clock and 2475MHz for the boost clock. The leaked basic computational performance is estimated to be around 30 TFLOPs.

If NVIDIA intends to narrow the gap between the Ti and non-Ti variants, the RTX 4070 will approach a price of around 600 USD (approximately 14.14 million VND). This could explain why the current listed price of the RTX 4070 Ti is up to 799 USD (approximately 18.8 million VND). Therefore, many predictions suggest that the price of the RTX 4070 will be around 599 USD (approximately 14.12 million VND), an increase of 100 USD (approximately 2.3 million VND) compared to its predecessor generation.
In addition, NVIDIA has also begun clearing inventory for products in the RTX 30 FE (Founders Edition) lineup. This indicates that previous rumors about the RTX 40-series Founders Edition lineup are becoming more plausible than ever before.
