Today, a reliable source has revealed the clock speed, CPU architecture, and GPU details of the successor to Dimensity 9200.
Details about the MediaTek Dimensity 9300.Renowned leaker Digital Chat Station has disclosed that the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 will boast an 8-core CPU, all of which are high-performance cores, with no energy-saving cores. The CPU core structure appears to be a 1+3+4 configuration with 1 ARM Cortex X4 Prime core, 3 ARM Cortex X4 cores, and 4 ARM Cortex A720 cores.
The highest expected CPU clock speed is set to surpass 3.25 GHz, as per the weibo post, and it houses the latest ARM Immortalis G720 MC12 GPU. Digital Chat Station also shared that the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 outperformed the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 in Antutu v10 benchmarks, both in CPU and GPU performance. Regarding the energy efficiency of this processor, DCS mentioned keeping silent on this matter until MediaTek's official release.
The imminent launch of MediaTek Dimensity 9300 is on the horizon.MediaTek Dimensity 9300, previously confirmed to be manufactured using TSMC's renowned N4P process, a cutting-edge 4nm technology that enhances performance and significantly improves energy efficiency compared to other N5 and N4 processes. Moreover, the Cortex-X4 cores of Dimensity 9300 are expected to boost performance by 15% while reducing power consumption by 40%. On the other hand, Cortex-A720 cores are projected to save 20% in power consumption.
