Essentially, this originally came as the contextual menu bundled with Windows 10 but has been updated with a sleeker and more eye-catching design. The menu interface utilizes a new shade of green, commonly seen in modern Windows applications.
The design of the new Windows 11 right-click menu is currently in the testing phase on the Dev channel for Insider users. It's currently unclear when the update will be rolled out to all users; there's a high likelihood that the new Windows 11 contextual menu will be included in the 22H2 update, scheduled for release in October 2022.
