Step 1: First, you need to identify which words or phrases you need to edit. For example, in my document, I want to change the phrase 'Mytour' to 'Mytour'.
Step 2: Switch to the Home => Editing => Replace tab.
Enter the word you want to change into the Find What box. You can then press Find Next to search for the word 'Mytour' next until it's finished and return to the first word.
To replace words in Word, in the example below, you can use the word 'Mytour' to replace the word 'Mytour' as shown in the image. Then, click Replace to replace the keyword at the first position. You can then click Replace again to replace the next word until finished.
Alternatively, you can also use Replace All to replace all instances of 'Mytour' with 'Mytour' in your document.
