Battle alongside Shadow Midas in the fight against survivors on the island. After being eliminated in Solo, Duos, or Squads mode, you'll return to battle as a Shadow and collaborate with other Shadows to defeat the survivors. If your chance at Victory Royale has slipped away, you now have a new opportunity in Shadow Royale.
Midas and the Shadow army won't enter the battle empty-handed. On the Island, you'll find Pumpkin Rocket Launchers, Fiend Hunter Crossbows, Witch Brooms, Midas' latest inventions, and even Candy. Moreover, complete new challenges throughout the Fortnitemares event and unlock Midas' Shadow Wrap, Smash-O'-Latern Pickaxe, Bobo Back Bling, and many more items.
If you wish to take a break from fighting and seek some fun, there are plenty of Fortnitemares parties for you to enjoy.
In Fortnite Creative, explore the digits of a mysterious code on prominent islands from October 21 to October 24 to unearth Wrath's Wrath Wrap. Additionally, visit fortnitemarescosplay.fortnite.com now until November 3 to craft your own Fortnitemares cosplay and character.
And in Party Royale, don't forget to attend the Afterlife Party featuring a special performance by 4-time Latin Grammy winner, J Balvin, debuting his brand-new song in collaboration with Sech. The Afterlife Party kicks off on October 31 at 6 PM PT (9 PM ET) at the Main Stage.
