This process may take several years, but biologists also suggest that the tree can 'walk' 2 or 3cm per day, or 20 meters per year. The distance may seem small, but it's quite significant in the 'marathon' journey of a palm tree.
Scientists analyze that this tree has the ability to utilize the extension of its roots to seek better soil and sunlight, thus demonstrating its 'walking' ability. It may be the only tree in the world capable of movement, a unique trait that has attracted many tourists to visit.
