The Monster Association is a coalition of monsters gathered together to resist the Hero Association.
In One Punch Man, the Monster Association is a group of monsters led by Psykos (alias Gyoro Gyoro) and the Monster King Orochi. They unite with the purpose of opposing the Hero Association. Their base is located in the deserted City Z, beneath the underground sewer system. The underground base is constructed with multiple large levels, tunnels, and living quarters in between. Those underground structures have various rooms and hallways.
The members of this organization are powerful enough to confront some heroes, especially high-level monsters. However, that doesn't mean they are 'invincible'; among them, some still face painful consequences.
Gums
Gums is a mysterious dragon-level creature and also a high-ranking operative of the Monster Association. Gums has a human-like appearance, but its body can expand depending on what it consumes. The most noticeable feature of Gums is its face with just one enormous mouth and no lips. Gums is an extremely voracious monster; it can devour and digest anything, cramming everything into its enormous mouth. Gums becomes extremely enraged when its eating is interrupted, which is also one of the reasons leading to its demise.
During a daring raid by heroes on the Monster Association headquarters, Gums became infuriated as Fuhrer Ugly's punch caused its prey to slip away. Gums retaliated by devouring Fuhrer Ugly despite him being an ally. However, Fuhrer Ugly attempted to escape from Gums' stomach with a powerful strike, tearing its body apart from the inside.
Fuhrer Ugly
Fuhrer Ugly is an Ugmon and a dragon-level creature, also a high-ranking member of the Monster Association. Previously an extremely ugly man with a bizarrely large head and a swollen abdomen, Fuhrer Ugly's envy and self-loathing transformed him into a monstrous creature. His insecurity and hideous appearance make him particularly hateful towards attractive opponents. This is evident when he encounters Sweet Mask, provoking intense anger. Ugly is strong enough to handle top-ranked Class A heroes; even Sweet Mask and Tanktop Master acknowledge that.
In the battle against the Heroes Association, when Ugly was about to deliver a finishing blow, Garou attacked him, piercing through his abdomen. This caused Ugly's body to disintegrate, leading to his demise.
Emperor Homeless
Similar to the previous two individuals, Emperor Homeless is also a mysterious dragon-level creature and a high-ranking operative of the Monster Association. However, his appearance resembles that of a normal human. Formerly an ordinary employee who got fired, disillusioned with life and the human world, he decided to end his own life. However, GOD appeared and granted him the power to become the menace he is today.
As an immensely powerful creature, Emperor Homeless possesses remarkable agility and wields devastating destructive power. However, he is not suited for close-range combat as his body is that of an ordinary human. Yet, in high-speed hand-to-hand combat, he becomes exceptionally dangerous. In a recent chapter, we witnessed that after outliving his usefulness, Emperor Homeless had his strength reclaimed by GOD, ultimately meeting a brutally ruthless demise.
