A once mysterious power in One Piece turns out to be more mundane than we thought.
Conqueror's Haki, a rare and mysterious power in One Piece, was believed to be an innate symbol of 'chosen ones,' representing their elite status. However, after Oda decided to specify this power, it inadvertently stripped Conqueror's Haki of its inherent 'coolness.'

Conqueror's Haki turns out to be just a 'knock-off' of Armed Haki
As seen, the way Luffy and Kaido fight using Conqueror's Haki is identical to Armed Haki. There is no difference between the two types of Haki, except that Conqueror's Haki is more flashy, adding a black lightning effect, and the two sides seem not to touch each other upon collision.
Everything symbolic of Armed Haki, such as attacking Logias, hardening weapons, increasing attack power, bypassing defenses, Conqueror's Haki can do. From every angle, Conqueror's Haki is essentially just a higher-level Armed Haki, which Oda used to legitimize breaking Kaido's defense.

Luffy and Zoro have learned to use Conqueror's Haki in their attacks too easily
Both Luffy and Zoro had to spend a lot of time to master Advanced Armed Haki, which was described as being able to attack from within the opponent, and was expected to be the main weapon against Kaido. However, it has been completely useless against the level of an Emperor. Although it can cause damage, Kaido quickly recovered after those attacks.
Even with Observation Haki seeing into the future, Luffy also had to fight for a long time under the 'guidance' of Katakuri. But with Conqueror's Haki, Luffy almost used it immediately after a few attacks, even seeming as proficient as Kaido.
As for Zoro, he was able to use Conqueror's Haki to buff his weapons right from the first use. Yet Ace and Luffy, who are both highly rated, could only use it fairly normally the first time they awakened it.

Conqueror's Haki makes every battle boring
In previous clashes between Emperors, such as Shanks and Whitebeard, Roger and Whitebeard, or Big Mom and Kaido, their power when they clashed was described as cracking the sky in two, tearing apart the clouds. The airwaves they emitted were so powerful that they blew everything around them, even though they hadn't even touched each other yet.

However, when the mystery of Conqueror's Haki was revealed, it turned out to be something that would definitely happen when two people with Conqueror's Haki clashed. Since Conqueror's Haki was revealed, along with its 'innate' nature, coupled with the fact that without Conqueror's Haki, Kaido would be invincible, it has rendered all power systems in One Piece meaningless.
If we were to enter into a debate about strength, we can easily see: Yamato and Zoro are on par because they both have Conqueror's Haki, Sanji is definitely weaker than the other two, if one does not have Conqueror's Haki, they will never reach the top.
In the end, the strength of every character in One Piece is summed up as whoever has Conqueror's Haki is definitely stronger than those who do not. Those with more Conqueror's Haki are stronger than those with less. Every combat skill system, physical strength, training ability becomes meaningless without Conqueror's Haki.
