Glico Formula 0 (formerly known as Icreo Formula 0) is a Japanese domestic milk brand, with instructions only available in Japanese, posing a challenge for many mothers. Overly concentrated formula can harm the baby's kidneys, while diluting it too much may compromise its nutritional value.

2. Recommended Dosage of Glico Formula 0 to Prepare
- Each box of Glico Formula 0 comes with a measuring spoon. 1 level spoon (approximately 2.54 g) of formula corresponds to 20 ml of milk, using boiled water cooled to 70 degrees Celsius for preparation.
- Depending on the baby's age and individual needs per feeding, calculate the amount of formula needed for each feeding to best suit your baby. You can refer to the following table:
| Age (Months) | Weight (kg) | Number of Level Spoons | Amount of Water (ml) | Number of Feedings in 24 Hours |
| 0~1/2 | 3.0 | 4~5 | 80~100 | 7~8 |
| 1/2~1 | 3.7 | 6 | 120 | 7 |
| 1~2 | 4.6 | 7~8 | 140~160 | 6 |
| 2~3 | 5.6 | 8~9 | 160~180 | 6 |
| 3~4 | 6.4 | 10~11 | 200~220 | 5 |
| 4~5 | 7.0 | 11 | 220 | 5 |
| 5~6 | 7.4 | 11~12 | 220~240 | 4+(1) |
| 6~9 | 7.7~8.2 | 10~12 | 200~240 | 3+(2) |
| 9~12 | 8.4~8.8 | 10~12 | 200~240 | 2 + (3) |
Note: +(1), +(2), +(3) indicate additional feedings if the baby eats well.

3. The Most Accurate Way to Prepare Glico Formula 0
- Use boiled water cooled to 70 degrees Celsius to prepare for the baby.
- Initially, put the required amount of Glico Formula 0 level spoon into the bottle, pour 2/3 of the required amount of water, cover tightly, shake gently to dissolve the formula. Then add the remaining water (ensuring it is still at 70 degrees C), shake again to evenly dissolve the formula.
- Let the formula cool down to about 38 degrees before feeding. If you want to cool it quickly, you can immerse the bottle in a bowl of cold water. Before feeding your baby, check the temperature of the formula to avoid burning the baby's throat. If a few drops of formula on your wrist feel just warm, it's safe for the baby to consume.
Example: Your baby is between 1/2~1 month old, you need to prepare 6 level spoons of Glico Formula 0, which makes 120 ml of milk. Here's the specific preparation method: Initially, put 6 level spoons of formula into a sterilized bottle, then add 80 ml (= 2/3 x120 ml) of boiled water cooled to (70°C), cover and shake well. Add the remaining water (still at 70°C) to reach 120ml and continue shaking until the formula is fully dissolved. Cool the formula down to 38°C before feeding your baby.
