If your MobiFone phone SIM card hasn't been registered as the primary user, you can refer to the following registration methods:
2.1. Registering MobiFone SIM as the primary user at stores
Registration location: You need to visit the nearest MobiFone transaction stores to complete the registration.
Documents required:
Original Citizen ID/ID card.
SIM card to be registered.
Prepare 5 frequently contacted numbers within the last 30 days (either calls or messages).
Processing time for primary SIM card: Immediate on the same day, typically takes around 20 - 30 minutes for customers to receive their primary SIM card for use.
Registration fee: Free of charge.
2.2. Step-by-step Guide to Registering MobiFone SIM as the Primary User Online
Method 1: Update on MobiFone.vn Website
Step 1: Visit the website https://dktt.mobifone.vn > Register Information
Step 2: Log in by entering your phone number and password > Click Log In.
Step 3: Update the required information on MobiFone's requested forms > After filling in all necessary information, press the Commitment button, sign as required > press UPDATE to complete.
Step 4: Wait for confirmation SMS from the network provider. After customers complete updating information, they will be notified on the screen with the message: “Your information has been received and processed. MobiFone will notify when the update is completed. Thank you!”
Method 2: Update on My MobiFone Application
Step 1: Download and log in to the My MobiFone app using your current phone number or create an account right at the login interface
Step 2: Navigate to Others > select Customer Information > Then choose Subscriber Information
Step 3: If you already have information, there will be a section for you to update, otherwise, the app will display it blank and at this point, you need to update by selecting Register Information > capture all the information as required by the app > click Continue
Step 4: Wait for MobiFone's response. The network will verify the information, update your profile, and will inform the subscriber as soon as possible.
Note: For subscribers who do not receive online registration instructions via SMS from the network's switchboard, registration will not be possible; you need to go to the store to proceed.
