Previously, reports on Neowin hinted the official name of the update as 'April 2018 update', as mentioned by a Microsoft employee in a video discovered by Twitter user WalkingCat earlier this week.
According to WindowsLatest, Mayank Parmar recently discovered that Microsoft Edge browser received an update from the server in Redstone 4 build, where the browser displays a welcome window for the update, confirming the 'April update' category. The welcome window also showcases the features of the April update, including Windows Timeline.
The upcoming feature update for Windows 10 is referred to as the April Update.
However, there's been no action from Microsoft yet; the company hasn't officially announced the name of the update in blog posts for the Redstone 4 build. Previous suggestions for the name of this update include: Spring Creators Update, Spring Update, and most recently April 2018 update. You can check out how to update Windows 10 here.
The last time Microsoft used a month's name as a title for a Windows 10 update was the first major feature update for the operating system, version 1511, called the November update, released in 2015.
