(Motherland) - SE supporters may be gearing up for a challenging summer.
In recent days, the VCS transfer market has been incredibly dynamic. Teams are hastily preparing, as there may be activities to select the squad for ASIAD 2023 in the coming days. Additionally, the 2023 Summer Games may occur early to avoid overlapping with ASIAD at year-end, followed by the 2023 World Championships.

As a team that vied for a spot in MSI 2023 in the recent Spring Season, SBTC Esports (SE) is anticipated to bring new dynamics. With the spot for the World Championships (CKTG) in the VCS region still secured, many fans expect SE to step onto the global stage for the first time. These expectations are well-founded, at least until the VCS transfer market officially opens.

However, all hopes soon turned into disappointment. SE bid farewell to the duo who significantly contributed to their runner-up position in the VCS Spring 2023: Marksman Slayder and Coach Ren. Subsequently, SE also parted ways with Spot - the substitute Jungler. In place of Slayder, SE may turn to Vinboiz. However, the coaching position sparked controversy as SE elevated the duo Naul and Hype to the head coach role.

Both Naul and Hype lack extensive experience and accomplishments. With a team characterized by strong personalities and high egos like SE, many spectators anticipate that Naul and Hype will struggle to manage the players. Moreover, Vinboiz remains merely a substitute Marksman. His ability to compete with names like Artemis, Slayder, or Shogun, and even Sty1e, all require time for evaluation.

The departure of Coach Ren and Marksman Slayder, along with recent turmoil between Coach Ren and Teacher Ba, is leaving SE in chaos during the mid-season transfer window. SE may still be a force to reckon with in the World Championships race. However, for now, they may seem weaker compared to Spring 2023. Quality names have found their destinations one by one, and SE may have to make efforts with the current personnel they possess.
