– Starch: All items from the previous stage and add sweet potatoes, vermicelli, pho noodles, breakfast cereals, ground corn, and oats.

– Vitamin Group: Previous fruit varieties, adding pomegranate, mango, orange, strawberries, and some less acidic fruits.
– Fiber: All items from the previous stage, plus onions, cucumbers, corn, green peppers, tomatoes, and lettuce.

At this stage, there's still no need to season the baby's food. The baby's food will increase in texture and quantity.
– Number of Meals: 2 meals/day

– Protein: 10-15g (egg yolk; tofu 40-50g; cow's milk products: 85-100g; chicken breast; red meat fish (after 8 months), chicken liver)
– Porridge ratio 1:7 (10g rice with 70ml water): 40-80g
– Vegetables: 25g (cucumbers, various greens)
