These mesmerizing landscapes on macOS have been recreated through Flight Simulator 2020
During this pandemic-induced isolation, a creative mind, Matt Birchler, seized the opportunity to immerse himself in Microsoft's trending game, Flight Simulator 2020. Instead of just playing, he ingeniously utilized the game's 'completely unreal' details to replicate the default scenic wallpapers on various macOS versions. As seen in the blended image of Santa Catalina Island below, Matt's version on the left competes with Apple's on the right 😁To bring these images to life, Matt virtually traveled to these locations in the game, manipulated the camera angles, adjusted focal lengths, and even played with the in-game time settings. With a touch of 'magic' from Lightroom, he conjured up the stunning images you see below.
