Before switching to using iPhone 12 Pro up to now, I've used quite a few Samsung phones. So far, I admit that the iPhone is a pleasure to use, but there are still many limitations that make me feel inconvenient compared to before when using Samsung or Android operating system in general.Keyboard and spelling operation
This is one of the most annoying things I've experienced when using iPhone. Instead of on my previous Android phone where I could just place the cursor right after a word (even with a character after the cursor), and still be able to type accents for the word in front.
With iPhone, that's not possible.
Furthermore, the cursor on the iPhone keyboard, when typing, for a fast texter like me on a touch screen, I find the iPhone cursor always difficult to drag to the exact position I want. With an Android phone, when dragging is needed, the cursor tail will appear larger, so when the finger touches it, it won't hide the position of the word being edited. Although iPhone has a way to move the cursor on the space bar below the keyboard, I still prefer the bulb tail style on the Android keyboard cursor.Call recording
Note (additional update): this feature should have the consent of the other party (the person at the other end of the line) or else it will be considered illegal.
Currently, iPhone still does not allow this feature on calls. Meanwhile, with Android, this operation is just a single touch. When making a call, you press the cassette tape icon, then the recorded call will be in your File folder, very easy to find.Easy file transfer with Windows devices
I often record videos/take photos with my phone to use these sources for video editing. However, video editing software is usually used on PC Windows, laptops, etc. So, recording videos or taking photos with an Android phone is much more convenient for transferring files, transferring data to these types of devices for immediate editing. Just plug in the cable and select file transfer, that's it.Camera suitable for beauty needs
No pause button when recording video
This is much more advantageous on Samsung, especially for people who often shoot vlogs like me. It's like a standby mode that will be activated immediately for an upcoming moment that you can't predict. You also don't want the camera to keep recording, wasting storage memory, and then have to edit and cut out the excess footage at home. Or if the video recording interface closes immediately like on iPhone, then you won't be able to start recording in time to capture the upcoming moment.
In general, having a pause button when recording video is extremely convenient for those who often record videos. If used to it, this pause button inadvertently becomes a Cut button, so that your video after recording does not need to be cut to remove the excess parts 😁
