Despite being only 'a few years old', this game aspires to be like Counter-Strike.
Counter-Strike (CS) is hailed as one of the legendary FPS games in the gaming world. Despite its 'several decades' of existence, this game still enjoys the affection of gamers worldwide. Many still prefer playing the 'legendary' versions like CS 1.1 or 1.6.

Naturally, many other FPS games also aspire to achieve the status of this legend. In a recent interview with IGN, the developers of Apex Legends expressed their hope for the game to endure and operate for over 20 years, akin to Valve's Counter-Strike.
Evan Nikolich, the senior design director of Apex Legends, compared Apex Legends to Counter-Strike, saying: 'We want Apex Legends to last 20 years like Counter-Strike. It has to be self-sustaining, independent. The system has to be robust and engaging, and players should be able to experience the game from season to season even if we don't add new custom content.'

Therefore, it is hoped that even if Apex Legends ceases to add new content, it will continue to operate smoothly, and players will keep this platform active annually. 'Apex Legends' has always been one of the popular games in the international market. Although it emerged in Vietnam initially, currently, Apex Legends is not experienced by players as much as before.
