Thac Ba, located in Tanh Linh district of Binh Thuan province, offers a fresh and untouched destination for your summer exploration.
Discover the unspoiled Thac Ba in Tanh Linh, Binh Thuan this summer for a unique check-in experience.
Nestled in Duc Thuan, Tanh Linh, Binh Thuan, about 140km from Saigon, Thac Ba resides within the Nui Ong nature reserve, preserving its bizarrely pristine scenery.

For the locals of Tanh Linh, Nui Ong and Thac Ba are shrouded in mystery and touching love stories. Legend has it, long ago, a deeply in love couple lived atop Nui Ong. The husband left for a game of chess, prolonging the wife's wait until she died of loneliness, transforming into the waterfall. When the game ended, the husband, overwhelmed by love and grief, died and became Nui Ong, forever holding his faithful wife.

Reaching Thac Ba requires navigating a thrilling trail hidden beneath giant ancient trees, where slippery stones and sweltering heat challenge travelers. However, the reward is the breathtaking view of the cascading white waters flowing through rugged rocks.

Due to its challenging terrain, visitors to Ba Falls can only conquer three of its waterfalls, namely numbers 7, 8, and 9. Waterfall No. 7 boasts vigorous streams that scatter wildly. Waterfall No. 8 resembles a slender maiden, appearing from afar like a flowing white scarf that expands into a crystal-clear lake. From this lake, crossing a small rapids, the water flows strongly, winding down nearly 20m high rocky slopes before merging into a small stream at the base, forming Waterfall No. 9.

Stepping down to the falls, one is overwhelmed by the majestic beauty nature has bestowed upon this place, with its cool, clear waters cascading over rock ledges in beautiful tiers.
Some tips for visiting the falls:
- It's best to explore the falls with a local who knows the terrain well.
- Ba Falls is more suited for picnics than camping.
- Do not stay at the falls after 6 PM.
Prepare food and drinks before visiting the waterfall.
