Steps to Follow
For Windows Users

Launch iTunes. Simply click or double-click the iTunes icon, which appears as a colorful musical note on a white background.

Access the Account. This option is located at the top of the iTunes window. A drop-down menu will emerge.

Choose
Sign Out. You'll find this option in the middle of the Account drop-down menu. Selecting it will promptly log you out of your iTunes account.
For Mac Users
For iPhone or iPad Users



Tap your Apple ID profile. Locate the box with your name displayed at the top of your device's screen.

Scroll down and select Sign Out. This option is located at the bottom of your screen.

If prompted, disable Find My iPhone. In case Find My iPhone is active, you'll be asked to provide your Apple ID password and then tap Turn Off at the bottom of the prompt.
