1. Ingredients for Air Frying Pork Belly:
- Pork Belly: 700 grams
- Dried Shallots: 2 – 3 bulbs
- Garlic: 2 – 3 cloves
- Lemongrass: 2 – 3 stalks
- Chili: 1 piece
- Seasonings: fish sauce, seasoning powder, pepper, oyster sauce, honey, cooking oil

2. Grilling Pork Belly Using an Air Fryer
2.1. Preparing Ingredients:
Purchase pork belly and rinse it with diluted salt water, then rinse again with clean water and let it drain. Once the meat is dry, cut it into pieces about 15cm long and 1 - 2cm thick. To facilitate slicing, you can place the meat in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours to firm it up.

Peel and mince dried shallots and garlic.
Thoroughly wash lemongrass, crush it, and finely chop it.
Wash chili peppers, then finely chop them.

2.2. Marinating pork belly for air frying
The marinade mixture includes: 1 tablespoon minced dried shallots, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 3 tablespoons minced lemongrass, 3 tablespoons fish sauce, 1 teaspoon seasoning powder, 1 teaspoon pepper, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon honey, a pinch of minced chili peppers (according to taste), 1 tablespoon cooking oil
Mix well to let the meat absorb the flavors. Marinate for about 2 hours.
In addition to the mentioned marinade, you can also marinate the meat with satay sauce, honey... which also tastes delicious.

2.3. Proceed to air fry the pork belly
Arrange the meat in the air fryer, ensuring even distribution. Brush another layer of honey to give the meat a beautiful shine.
First round of frying at 170 degrees Celsius for 7 minutes.

For the second round, flip the meat, and remember to remove the garlic part before frying as it tends to cause excessive burning. Brush another layer of honey on top, similar to the previous side. Second round of frying at 170 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes until the meat is cooked and golden.

2.4. Finishing and indulging
Place the meat on a plate. You can optionally dip it in dipping sauce as the meat is already seasoned to perfection. Enjoy with noodles, fresh vegetables, or alongside hot rice.
