
1. Ingredients

1kg sweet potatoes (yams)
1 chicken egg
50g green beans
30g cornstarch
150g condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
100g sugar
200ml water
20g butter
400ml coconut milk
Tools Needed: rice cooker

2. Execution Steps
Soak green beans bought from the market for 2 hours. After soaking, cook the green beans with low heat.
Peel and remove eyes from sweet potatoes, soak them in dilute saltwater for half an hour. Grate the sweet potatoes using a fruit grater and squeeze out the water, retaining the starch.

Mix sweet potato residue with steamed green beans, cornstarch, salt, and tapioca starch evenly. Then, add condensed milk, coconut milk, and chicken egg, and stir.Grease the cake mold and rice cooker with cooking oil.

Close the rice cooker lid and set it to Cook mode. Wait until the rice cooker switches to Warm. Wait for 10 minutes, then press the Cook button again. Repeat 2 to 3 times until the cake is cooked.

Finally, place the sweet potato cake on a plate, and you can spread some butter on top for decoration.
