Steps to edit videos on Google+
Step 1: Share or sync your video to Google+.
Step 2: Launch the Photos app.
Step 3: Swipe left to right to reveal a menu and select the Video option.
Step 4: Choose the video you've uploaded to Google+ that you want to edit.
Step 5: Tap the Menu to open a new window, then select Auto Enhance.
Step 6: Press Edit to let the app start editing your video.
