Load up your cargo. In the Load Cargo menu, you'll find requests from other players for items like fruits and dairy products. To send cargo to your friends, tap on any open cargo box showing the requested item. Tap it repeatedly until the box closes, fulfilling the request.

Dispatch boat orders. When all cargo boxes are filled, the boat icon at the bottom right of the Load Cargo screen changes from black-and-white to color, indicating readiness for shipment.

Tap the boat icon to send items to your friends. The Load Cargo screen will close, and you'll see your boat sailing away from the farm.
After sending the orders, you'll receive vouchers as a reward, the amount depending on the quantity and quality of items dispatched.

Access your truck. Like boat orders, vouchers can be earned by fulfilling truck orders from your Hay Day friends. Tap the red truck near the farmhouse to access the Order menu.

To fulfill orders for your friends, tap on any open item in the order list showing the requested item. Tap repeatedly until a 'check mark' appears, indicating completion.

Dispatch truck orders. Once you've packed the requested items, tap the 'truck' icon in the bottom right corner of the Order menu to send out the truck order. Watch as the truck leaves your farm to deliver the goods.

Upon sending the truck orders, you'll receive vouchers as an immediate reward for your assistance. The number of vouchers depends on the quantity and quality of items dispatched.

Acquiring Vouchers through the Wheel of Fortune

Log in daily. Hay Day rewards players who play the game consistently. Log in to your Hay Day game every day, and the Wheel of Fortune will appear during your first session of the day.
