Steps to achieve long and healthy hair:
Ingredients:
500 grams of fresh aloe vera (available at supermarkets, markets, or homegrown)
3 tablespoons of pure honey, olive oil, or coconut oil (olive oil can be purchased at any supermarket or market, while coconut oil can be found at supermarkets and online shops)

1 bottle of gentle mist spray (available at supermarkets or beauty supply stores) Blender or smoothie maker
Instructions:
- Clean the aloe vera thoroughly with water to remove any soil, then use a knife to peel off the green skin, keeping only the white flesh inside.
- Chop the white aloe vera flesh into small pieces and blend it with 3 tablespoons of pure honey, olive oil, or coconut oil using a blender or smoothie maker.

- Strain the blended aloe vera mixture using a sieve to separate the liquid from the pulp, discarding the solid parts and retaining only the liquid.
- Pour the obtained liquid into the prepared spray bottle. This will yield approximately 300ml of aloe vera water. Follow the steps carefully.
- Shampoo your hair to remove dirt, then towel dry your hair.
- Spray the aloe vera water mixture onto the hair roots and scalp.
- Gently massage the scalp using the fleshy part of your fingertips, rubbing around the head.
- After 30 minutes, wash your hair with shampoo and conditioner as usual. Use 2-3 times a week before regular shampooing.
