Supported File Types
Not all music or video file types can be read by the system. Therefore, you should carefully check the technical specifications and user manual of the system to select content with appropriate formats.
For example, typical video files that the system can read include AVI, WMV... while music files typically include MP3, WMA, AC3...
File Size
Subtitle files that are too heavy may cause the player to fail to read and display them correctly. Therefore, it's best to use subtitle files lighter than 150KB for smooth reading.

The higher the image resolution, the longer the display time. Therefore, if you select content with high resolution, reading the content may take some time, or even freeze. In this case, you should unplug and plug the USB back in, or choose to view a file with lower resolution.
Prefer direct connection
Connect directly to the product's USB port. Connecting through other cables may cause compatibility issues with the USB port.
Notes for MP3/WMA files
MP3/WMA or DRM-protected video files downloaded from commercial websites cannot be played back.
