Below are the shares of 5 individuals published by CNN:
Model, singer, and MC Vu Ha Anh

Do not hesitate to explore the streets and enjoy the local delicacies – singer Ha Anh, who lives in Hanoi, suggests. I think the most important thing is that you should explore the city in your own way. Wander through small alleys, sit in romantic little cafes, and don't hesitate to try street foods, such as grilled corn, delicious mangoes, or a bit of rice cake wrapped in lotus leaves – simple things you can enjoy at very low costs.
Being a Hanoi native, I adore pho – the famous dish of the capital city, as well as crab noodle soup.
There are also many other specialties such as eel vermicelli, eel pho, and grilled pork noodle soup. You can find these dishes everywhere in Hanoi.
I also love the green bean and fragrant rice flake ice cream at Trang Tien, located on the street leading to the Opera House. However, you have to eat it on the spot before it melts!
In the evening, Hanoians often like to dress up nicely and dine together at restaurants.
As the sun sets, I like to head to Sunset Bar at West Lake. It's a rare unique space in big cities. Here, you have the opportunity to enjoy dishes like those at the 5-star Sofitel Legend Metropole Hotel and nearby restaurants like Bobby Chinn and El Gaucho Steakhouse.
Some destinations:
El Gaucho Steakhouse, 99 Xuan Dieu, Tay Ho, Hanoi.
Intercontinental Hanoi Westlake Hotel, 1A Nghi Tam, Tay Ho, Hanoi
Trang Tien Ice Cream, 35 Trang Tien, Hanoi
Bobby Chinn Restaurant, 77 Xuan Dieu, Tay Ho, Hanoi

With a cool temperature ranging from 18-25 degrees in Hanoi, you can start a beautiful day by walking along ancient streets like Phan Dinh Phung, where the scent of milk flowers drifts and sunlight dances through the leaves, then explore the peaceful ancient streets right in the heart of Hanoi.
Moreover, you can also relax or read a book while sipping coffee at Tây Nguyên Café – a famous Vietnamese brand, located right under Hanoi's thousand-year-old flagpole.
Visitors should try Hanoi's famous specialties such as fish sausage (fried fish with turmeric powder and dill, eaten with vermicelli) – at Thang Long Fish Sausage. It's a famous spot and seems much tastier than Lã Vọng fish sausage listed in all travel guides.
As night falls, visitors can stroll around Hoan Kiem Lake and wander through the night market to find some souvenirs and inexpensive gifts. Then, they can visit one of the dozens of small bars on Tạ Hiện Street or drop by a nightclub.
Some destinations:
Thang Long Fish Sausage, 19-21-31 Đường Thành Street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi
Highlands Café, 28A Dien Bien Phu Street, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi
Taboo, 4 Thuy Khue Street, Tay Ho District, Hanoi
French chef Benjamin Rascalou

One of chef Benjamin Rascalou's favorite restaurants in Hanoi is Quan An Ngon, which means 'delicious food restaurant.'
At 5:00 AM, life starts bustling in the center of Hanoi. At Hoan Kiem Lake, many Vietnamese gather for exercise, so why not join them for some workouts?
Then, I'll find a good place to enjoy breakfast such as: a bowl of chicken pho, instant chicken soup, pho, or beef soup. Pho 24 near the lake is a fantastic choice.
In the afternoon, enjoy romantic moments on West Lake, then visit Tay Ho Temple as the sun sets.
Next up is dinner, head to La Badiane to enjoy French specialties and international dishes such as grilled eggplant with goat cheese…
Or if you want to indulge in delicious Vietnamese cuisine, I recommend Quan An Ngon, which literally means 'delicious food restaurant.' I love the grilled pork vermicelli, grilled meatballs, which you can't find in many places.
In the evening, explore the old quarters and soak in the sparkling lights, bustling atmosphere of Hanoi. You can stop by Tạ Hiện Street to enjoy a glass of draft beer or chilled fresh beer, just like many locals and other tourists.
Some destinations:
La Badiane, 10 Nam Ngu, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi
Pho 24, 31 Hang Khay, Trang Tien, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi
Quan An Ngon, 18 Phan Boi Chau, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi
Business consultant Betty Pallard

The city of Hanoi has 83,000 green trees, 80% of which are over 200 years old.
Hanoi is a great place for walking and cycling compared to many other places in Vietnam: on Saturdays and Sundays from 3 pm to 8 pm, the area around Hoan Kiem Lake prohibits vehicles so people can stroll and jog.
Pallard lives in the West Lake area, where tourists can enjoy a cup of coffee for just $1 (about 20,000 VND).
At Hanoi Club located on West Lake, the food is excellent and tourists can also enjoy unique spa treatments.

In the evening, tourists can visit F&B directors or Le Paul Conti wine bars. The food and drinks here are both very enticing and unique.
Some destinations:
Hanoi Club, 76 Yen Phu, Tay Ho, Hanoi
Le Paul Conti, 59A Nam Ngu, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi
Nguyen Minh Quan: Tourism assistant at the US Embassy in Hanoi

Travelers visiting Hanoi: First, you should go to Hoan Kiem Lake and explore the 36 ancient streets, where people have preserved their homes for centuries.
Then, visit some art galleries, such as Hanoi Studio or Gallery Apricot for famous Vietnamese artists.
Le Thanh Son is one of my favorite artists and I also greatly admire some young artists like Ly Tran Quynh Trang. Trang's work is quite abstract and full of emotions. She describes the characters' personalities very powerfully.
Additionally, tourists can visit the water puppet theater at Hoan Kiem Lake, or shop along Hang Gai Street.
In the evening, Wild Lotus is a premium restaurant that tourists should try. I particularly enjoy the green mango salad with shrimp and peanuts at this restaurant.
Some destinations:
Apricot Gallery, 40B Hang Bong, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi
Hanoi Studio, 13 Trang Tien, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi
Huong Jewelry Store, 62 Hang Ngang, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi
Ho Chi Minh Museum, 7 Le Loi, Ba Dinh, Hanoi
Club Opera Nouvelle, 17 Trang Tien, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi
Rooftop, 19/F Pacific Place, 83B Ly Thuong Kiet, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi
Thang Long Water Puppet Theater, 57B Dinh Tien Hoang, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi
Wild Lotus, 55A Nguyen Du, Hanoi
