1. Enigmatic Abandoned Monastery
Enigmatic Abandoned Monastery along Hung Vuong Street, Da Lat has become a destination for many, not because of the colorful flower gardens or winding roads through pine forests... but because of its primitive architecture covered in moss and the eerie stories woven over time. The Franciscaines convent - the abandoned monastery shrouded in moss - stands secluded amidst winding pine forests. Originally a seminary of the Phan Sinh Order of the Holy See, established in 1877, present in Vietnam since 1932, and closed in 1979.
This location combines Eastern and Western architecture. The Eastern tiled roof system stretches, while the window panels and main doors bear the characteristics of Western Gothic architecture. The monastery is associated with spooky stories, like the tragic tale of a girl who died in a bridal gown within its walls. The moss-covered traces of time on a beautiful religious architecture, along with these spooky tales, make the Abandoned Monastery even more intriguing. If you enjoy a sense of mystery and antiquity, this abandoned monastery is sure to provide you with some captivating photos.

The Haunted Mansion on Prenn Pass sits atop secluded hills facing each other at the foot of Prenn Pass, the gateway to Dalat city. These two villas have stood for centuries as a testament to the superior quality of French architectural techniques. With its proud name, Wild Daisy Villa has witnessed endless revelries of French officials until changing times led them back home, leaving behind an eerie emptiness. Since then, the two villas have been completely abandoned, left to the ravages of time and the peculiar cold of Dalat, making this place mysterious and unusually enticing. This is also a very famous haunted house for visitors to stop by on Prenn Pass. The common space of the villa is quite spacious, yet it is isolated on a steep hill, making it even more eerie. However, nestled in the Dalat forest, with its unique French architecture, bearing a primitive, mysterious allure, it attracts curious travelers who love to explore.
