Based on a survey of service quality at 96 airports around the world, including highly skilled and experienced flight crews, Dragon Air (the second-largest airline in Hong Kong) ranked Da Nang International Airport as the third-best airport globally for service in 2014.
With a total investment of 1.34 trillion VND, the airport covers 36,600 square meters and consists of four floors, which were inaugurated and operational by the end of 2011. Recently, new international flights have also been introduced to Da Nang.

2. Thuan Phuoc Bridge is the longest suspension bridge in Vietnam
Construction of the Thuan Phuoc Bridge began in January 2003 with an investment of nearly 1,000 billion VND from the city's budget. Completed in July 2009, the Thuan Phuoc Bridge became the longest suspension bridge in Vietnam, stretching 1,856 meters. It crosses the Han River and connects two banks leading to Da Nang Bay, linking Nguyen Tat Thanh Road with Man Quang Bridge between Hai Chau and Son Tra districts in Da Nang.
The bridge's lighting design is inspired by the image of wings soaring toward the vast sea, symbolizing the determination and relentless growth aspirations of Da Nang's people.
