1. Teeth Whitening
When combined with baking soda, hydrogen peroxide forms an effective teeth-whitening solution that shows noticeable results after just one use. Mix 1 tablespoon of baking soda, 1 tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide, and 50 ml of water to create a smooth paste. Before using, rinse your mouth with a saline solution.
Swish the mixture around your mouth for 2-3 minutes. For best results, use this solution twice daily, after meals. After rinsing, you can brush your teeth to remove stubborn stains and reveal a brighter smile.

2. Nail Cleaning
Hydrogen peroxide is a great alternative to acetone-based nail polish removers. Simply soak a cotton pad in hydrogen peroxide and gently wipe it across your nails, cleaning both the front and back for the best results.
Additionally, you can soak your hands in a mixture of diluted hydrogen peroxide and water for an easy and effective nail-cleaning solution.

3. Underarm Odor Elimination
Using hydrogen peroxide to combat sweat odors is one of the simplest and most effective ways to keep your body smelling fresh, especially during the upcoming summer. You can soak a cotton pad with hydrogen peroxide and gently wipe it onto your underarm area before getting dressed. Alternatively, for more convenience, you can fill a spray bottle with hydrogen peroxide and use it daily.
Hydrogen peroxide kills the odor-causing bacteria, ensuring a fresh scent without interfering with your perfume. Plus, it’s free of harmful chemicals found in many store-bought antiperspirants.

4. Hair Color Maintenance
Hydrogen peroxide helps to reduce the dark color of hair, making it an excellent option for maintaining brown or gray hair. Due to its strong oxidizing effect, some people even use hydrogen peroxide as a natural hair dye. To maintain dyed hair, mix hydrogen peroxide with water in a 1:1 ratio and spray it evenly onto your hair after washing.
You can also mix hydrogen peroxide with your daily hair conditioner, comb it through your hair for about 20 minutes, then rinse with clean water. Use this treatment once a week to keep your hair beautifully brown without frequent salon visits.

5. Hydrogen Peroxide for Dark Underarms
Hydrogen peroxide is a gentle antiseptic solution that effectively kills bacteria in the hair follicles, which are responsible for underarm odor.
To treat dark underarms with hydrogen peroxide, follow these simple steps:
- Dilute the hydrogen peroxide: The solution is highly concentrated, and undiluted use can cause skin irritation. Mix hydrogen peroxide with water in a ratio of 1:8.
- Apply to the underarm area.
- Soak a cotton pad in the diluted hydrogen peroxide solution, then gently rub it on your underarms, spending about 5 minutes on each side. Let it dry naturally without rinsing.
- Repeat daily: For best results, use this treatment once a day for one to two weeks, depending on the severity of the discoloration. Many users have successfully used this method to lighten their underarms and achieve smoother, brighter skin.

6. Ear Cleaning
If your ears are clogged with earwax, you can use hydrogen peroxide to clean them. Simply drop a few drops of hydrogen peroxide into your ear, wait a few minutes, and then add a few drops of olive oil. After 2-3 minutes, use a cotton swab to gently clean the ear and remove the wax and dirt. Hydrogen peroxide helps to liquefy the wax, which can be naturally expelled when you shower. Doing this once a month will improve ear hygiene.
If you have issues with dead skin buildup in your ears, try adding a drop of mineral oil daily to moisturize the area. After swimming, to prevent pool water from getting trapped in the ear and causing infections, drop a few drops of hydrogen peroxide in your ear and clean with a cotton swab.

7. Softening Cracked Heels
If your feet are rough and calloused from long hours on your feet, whether in high heels or sneakers, you can improve the condition with hydrogen peroxide.
Each night before bed, mix hydrogen peroxide with water in a 1:1 ratio, then soak your feet for about 15 minutes. This solution works wonders on dry, tough skin, helping to soften and smooth your heels, leaving them pink and supple when used regularly.

8. Skin Whitening
All you need is a bottle of 3% hydrogen peroxide, a cotton pad, and some rose water. Combine hydrogen peroxide with rose water to create a skin whitening solution. The hydrogen peroxide exfoliates dead skin cells, helping to brighten darkened skin, while the rose water gives your complexion a glowing, rosy tone.
Start by washing your face with warm water to open up your pores. Then, mix hydrogen peroxide and rose water in a 1:1 ratio and apply the solution evenly to your face, letting it dry for 10 minutes. Rinse with cold water, then use an ice cube to massage your face and tighten your pores. For best results, do this 2 times a week before bed.

9. Acne Treatment
Mix 2 tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide solution with 1 liter of water and use it to wash your face as usual. Pay special attention to areas prone to acne, such as the sides of your nose, nose tip, and forehead. Gently massage your face to allow the solution to penetrate deeply into your skin, helping to eliminate accumulated bacteria.
If you wash your face twice daily, in the morning and at night, you'll start to notice smoother, clearer skin free of acne after just 1 or 2 weeks, depending on your skin type.

10. Hair Removal
If you're self-conscious about the excessive hair on your arms or legs, you can now make your own effective and safe hair removal solution using hydrogen peroxide. Start by cleaning the area you want to treat with a diluted saltwater solution to cleanse the skin and open up the pores, allowing the hydrogen peroxide to penetrate deeper.
Next, take a cotton pad soaked in hydrogen peroxide and place it on the targeted area. Wait until the cotton pad dries. Afterward, continue applying the peroxide with another cotton pad, gently rubbing it on the skin to remove the soft, fallen hair. Wash the area with clean water and apply a moisturizing cream to complete the process.
