1. League of Legends: Wild Rift
League of Legends: Wild Rift is the mobile version of the world's most famous game, League of Legends. Riot Games has completely rebuilt Summoner's Rift (now called Speed War) for mobile devices and redesigned many of the most popular champions and skins in the game. The game remains a 5v5 MOBA action, but with a unique mobile twist. The map is slightly smaller, you use abilities via dual-stick controls, and match times are mobile-friendly at 15 minutes.
League of Legends: Wild Rift will be entirely free to play, with in-app purchases for skins and other cosmetic content. Similar to the PC version of League of Legends, all champions can be unlocked just through gameplay. Riot has committed to making the game more free-to-play friendly than LoL with more champion gifts as you level up. Blue Essence plays the role of free currency (similar to blue essence in the PC version) and can be used to unlock more champions. Poro Coins are another currency used to purchase items such as champion poses, emotes, and accessories.
League of Legends: Wild Rift has the same skill system as League of Legends on PC, but with mobile controls. Like many other mobile MOBA games, this means a dual-stick control scheme, with the left stick to move your character and the right stick to aim your abilities. 6. Scavengers
Scavengers originates from the multiplayer gaming style established in Halo 5's Warzone mode, which Holmes helped create, a mode called 'coopetition.' This mode embodies some basic principles of this PvEvP gaming vision. In Scavengers, each match presents players with multiple strategic paths to pursue. Players form teams of three and must face two objectives: collect more data points than opposing teams and survive how players accomplish that is entirely up to them.
Combat against other teams and a variety of AI enemies, use snow to track enemy footprints, take down AI wildlife against the enemy, stealthily navigate outposts, or engage in the fiery world of guns. All these elements are key components for a compelling and unique multiplayer experience. Scavengers takes place in the near future, where the moon has been shattered by a massive asteroid, causing a new ice age.
This asteroid also brings a new, mysterious disease spreading across the human and wildlife populations on Earth. Players of Scavengers choose from a group of young Explorers, each equipped with their own unique weapons and abilities, who wander the icy wilderness to search for equipment and supplies. Victory in Scavengers matches unlocks new methods for crafting and customizing their characters.

10. DOTA 2
DOTA 2 is one of the biggest games in all of esports. With a massive player base spanning the globe, the most lucrative professional scene, and the grandest tournaments in the entire industry, Valve's MOBA stands shoulder to shoulder with any other behemoth in competitive gaming. DOTA 2 combines elements of real-time strategy games (like Warcraft and StarCraft) with tower defense games (like Plants vs. Zombies and Dungeon Defenders).
Similar to other MOBA games like League of Legends and Heroes of Newerth, DOTA 2 draws heavily from the user-created Warcraft III game mode Defense of the Ancients or DotA. The game was developed by Valve with active involvement from the original creator of Dota, an anonymous individual known as Icefrog, who could be considered the architect of the genre. Technically, Dota 2 is the sequel to the original Dota but is primarily considered its own standalone game.
DOTA 2 has two teams of five players competing to destroy the core of the opposing team's base, the Ancient. Each player controls a unique hero with multiple skills that can be used to attack enemies, empower allies, or strengthen themselves. There are over 100 heroes to choose from in DOTA 2, and while most esports titles have a vast pool of playable options at the professional level, Dota 2 is balanced to the extent that major tournaments often see only three or four heroes being played. DOTA 2 is free to play for anyone interested in the game and can be downloaded via Steam.
