1. Live Your Life Like a Leaf
Live your life like a leaf
Green and full of vibrant energy
Unburdened, embracing only the truest things
Even if one day the wind blows and the leaf falls from the tree
Learn to smile and let go
The past is already behind us
Today's sunshine cannot dry the past
All the foolish worries have faded away
Learn to live in peace and serenity
Keep your heart calm amidst the rush of life
Whoever treats you well, love them even more
Those who are indifferent, let them go easily
Live your life the way you want to
For life is a single journey
Who knows if there is a next life?
Be true to yourself, regardless of the changes around you!

2. Why Did We Try?
When a full stop marks the end,
It also symbolizes a new beginning.
When a comma signals a pause,
It also continues the story that follows.
Life, from the smallest things,
Can be understood in vastly different ways.
It all depends on how we perceive it,
And on the choices we make.
Nothing is truly too late,
But many lives are like periods,
Choosing to end due to suffering,
Only to reject themselves in the process.
Why, after all the pain,
Do we not choose to live a happier life?
Why do we need to prove our sorrow to others,
So they can mock, pity, or dismiss us?
No pain lasts forever,
Life becomes joyful when we rise above it.
It blooms beautifully when, after the sorrow,
We find a way to live for ourselves.
Keep going, through the long months and wide years,
After the ups and downs of life,
Hoping that before we let go,
Someone will ask, 'Why did we try?'

3. A Mother's Happiness
A mother dreams of a small house in the future,
With a little garden, cozy and sweet.
She will grow flowers and vegetables for the family,
And take care of a flock of chickens and a few dogs.
Every morning...
Mother goes ahead to pick vegetables, and I follow to catch butterflies.
We cook together, and the air fills with the delicious scent.
True happiness is found in these simple, humble moments,
Mother and I laughing, filled with joy.
People say
Mother is selfish for letting me lack so many things,
But they don’t live her life, so they cannot understand
The bitter pain and heartache she’s endured.
A lifetime... is so long, my dear.
Mother has lived through countless lonely, sorrowful days,
But seeing me grow up is the greatest joy she could wish for.
Life moves fast, and people are too busy,
But mother and I, we live each day well together.
She doesn’t expect to find happiness in the future,
Because having me is a gift, a joy beyond compare.
Mother has suffered enough, so she would never trade my peace for her own.
Does anyone truly love me, or do they just 'tolerate' me?
Mother and I will continue to face life’s storms together,
And keep the fire burning during the coldest nights.
While others rush, compete, and live falsely,
We’ll simply live our own quiet joy.
The happiest day for mother is when she sees me smile every day.

4. Is There Anyone Left to Remember?
If you aren’t sad when I’m not around,
Then my presence in your life truly means nothing.
Staying with you would only make the situation more absurd,
So let me go, my dear...
If to you, I am nothing,
I cannot hold on to distant dreams or hopeless desires.
The love I gave was fierce and burning,
But all I received was coldness, sorrow.
If my image in your heart has truly faded,
You don’t need to pretend to hold my hand so tightly.
Even when the breeze blows softly, the flames of love are extinguished.
The happiness of the past, the more we recall, the more it hurts.
The streets are still wide,
The leaves remain green,
But no matter what, my heart is filled with longing and regret.
The sunset colors the sky at the time of our parting.
In the years to come, who will there be left to remember?

5. I Am Still the Same
I am still the same, smiling without shedding a tear.
Seasons come and go, leaves wither due to impermanence.
I won't foolishly lock myself in loneliness,
The wind still sings of love across the hills.
I am still the same, without regret or sorrow,
When people turn away, abandoning warmth.
Why cry to blur the sparkle in my eyes?
The sun will dry the sadness, and it will be gone.
I am still the same, busy with life and forgetting,
For the work is endless, day and night.
Though sometimes I wake and wonder,
How many seasons have passed since I last saw you?
I am still the same, smiling without shedding a tear,
Hoping the seasons will erase the shadow of your face.
Waiting for the years to dull my hair,
And for your eyes to eventually forget me.
I am still the same, at peace in the new day,
Smiling as I swallow my tears deep inside.
Through the bitterness, I no longer act impulsively,
Knowing when to cry or smile for the one who deserves it!

6. If We No Longer Love Each Other
If we no longer love each other,
Let's part ways quietly.
Don't hold on, don't delay,
Don't drag each other through suffering.
It's just a matter of "fate,"
It's just a matter of "destiny."
But we've struggled enough,
So we can't stay on the same path.
If we no longer cherish
The days we've shared,
Let's part in silence,
Without breaking each other's hearts.
So many hurtful words,
So much bitterness in our voices,
We'll hold back our feelings,
And reflect on our future.
If all that remains is pain,
Replacing the sweet moments,
Then let's free ourselves,
And not be tied to each other.
If we meet again one day,
Let's walk our separate paths,
Without casting any guilt
On the one who once loved.

7. Untitled
In youth, I wanted to be like the grass,
Calm and green, living each day in peace.
At thirty, I want to be the sharp thorns,
Adapting well, protecting myself.
In youth, I wanted to be the breeze,
Blowing through the fields, over the mountains.
At thirty, I want to be the storm,
Powerful, wild, and practical, sweeping all.
In youth, I wanted to be an adult,
To love freely and control my own life.
At thirty, I want to be a child again,
Laughing and crying without fear.
In youth, I wanted to be everything,
A doctor, an engineer, a teacher.
At thirty, I only wonder,
What can I do so I don’t struggle later?
In youth, I dared to fail and try again,
But at thirty, I fear starting over.

8. The Years to Come
The years to come without you...
I’m sure you’ll be happy, for who would stay sad for me forever?
People will be by your side, whispering with you
Each evening after work or before sleep.
Will we lose each other in the years ahead?
Amidst the threads of fate that bind us?
You’ll have a peaceful family...
Becoming someone’s husband with all the duties in the world.
In the years ahead, we’ll be in separate places,
You’ll forget where we first met...
Those messages... I’m sure you won’t remember...
From someone you once called your love...
If we meet again someday on the road...
Will you recognize me among all the strangers?
Though I know our love was as fragile as leaves...
I’m still afraid of the day the leaves fall...
Tonight, there’s a wave in my heart, drowning in the vast sea.
I am the one who cannot swim but still loves the sea...
I pray tonight you won’t know...
The sorrow within me for the years to come...

9. At the End of the Road, Will Someone Be Waiting for Me?
At the end of the road, will someone be waiting for me?
Answer me, so I can stop waiting.
This love, why does it feel so fragile?
I'm tired now, I can’t wait any longer.
I’ve carried this pain alone,
Cried in silence, shared my sadness by myself.
Where are you, or perhaps, have you found someone else?
And thought that is love?
Come back to me, the day has already lost its light,
Come back, I have so many things to share with someone who truly listens.
Come back, hold my hand as we listen to the sad rain of the night,
So I know I won't walk this life alone.
At the end of the road, will you be waiting for me?
Tell me, so I can walk toward you,
Don't let me wander aimlessly through this crowded street.
Yes, I too feel sad, I too feel lonely.
Happiness is so hard to find, while my tears keep flowing.
Don't make me wait forever in silence, through these difficult nights.
Where are you? The wind is already blowing.
Come back to me, so I can cry on your shoulder.
Poem by: Bích Nga

10. The Second Half of Life
It doesn’t matter, the second half of life will be calm.
No longer interested in the noisy chaos.
We’ll let go of empty fame and illusions.
Whether we’re rich or poor, it doesn’t change a thing.
As long as our hearts remain peaceful, unshaken,
We’ll know when to bow down, steady and without greed.
Let the struggles of winning or losing, or rich and poor, go.
Our mood will settle with time, slowly.
It’s no longer about what’s right or wrong,
And we no longer care for the triumphs or failures of black and white.
Each day is met with a sense of ease,
Living simply, like the grass or the trees.
Whenever we wish, we wander and explore,
Watching clouds and rivers as if they’re pure art.
Meet friends, gossip about what’s near and far,
Living freely, carefree with the passage of time.
Let go of all the burdens weighing us down,
Don’t calculate, don’t try to understand others.
Be a little naive, a little indifferent, but that’s okay.
Only in this way can we remain free of worries.
Give love and kindness to our family and friends,
Living sincerely for a whole lifetime.
Looking back, there will be no regrets.
