1. Durian Flavored Yogurt
Ingredients:
- 100g Durian flesh
- 100ml Yogurt (with or without sugar)
- 760ml Unsweetened fresh milk
- 380g Condensed milk
- 40g Gelatin
Instructions:
- Blend Durian: Soak 40g gelatin in water for 5 minutes to hydrate. Then, blend 100g durian flesh with 760ml unsweetened fresh milk until smooth.
- Cook Mixture: Place a pot on the stove, add 380g condensed milk, 380ml boiling water, stir well and cook for 5 minutes until the milk is cooked and fully dissolved. Continue by adding the hydrated gelatin and stir until dissolved. Finally, add the blended durian and milk mixture, cook for another 5 minutes then turn off the heat. After cooking the milk and durian mixture, let it cool for about 10 minutes, then add 100ml yogurt and mix well.
- Completion: Pour the yogurt into molds or jars lined with food wrap to make it easy to remove, then pour some boiling water into a steaming pot, place the yogurt mold on top, cover with a lid, and steam for about 4 - 5 hours. Then put it in the refrigerator for about 2 - 3 hours before using.
- Finished Product: Cut the yogurt into square pieces and place them in a glass. Enjoy with a little condensed milk, chocolate, jelly, Milo powder, etc., to make the dish even more delicious. 2. Yogurt Jelly with Agar Powder
Ingredients:
- 1 liter of unsweetened fresh milk
- 20g agar powder
- 2 cans of sweetened yogurt
- 1/2 can of condensed milk
Instructions:
- First, pour the unsweetened fresh milk and condensed milk into a pot, stir well, and heat on low flame until boiling.
- Add the sweetened yogurt when the milk cools down.
- Bring water and agar powder to a boil in another pot, then pour it into the yogurt mixture.

3. Creamy Cheese Yogurt Jelly
Ingredients:
- 250 ml sweetened fresh milk
- 100 gr unsweetened yogurt
- 130 gr condensed milk
- 30 gr soft cheese (2 pieces of Laughing Cow cheese)
- 1/2 teaspoon agar powder
Instructions:
- Crush the cheese: First, put 30gr of soft cheese (or 2 pieces of Laughing Cow cheese) in a bowl with 20ml hot water, use a spoon to crush the cheese until smooth. Then, strain and crush it again to get the smoothest soft cheese.
- Mix the yogurt cheese agar mixture: Add 130gr condensed milk to the smooth cheese, stir gently, then add about 80ml hot water and 250ml sweetened fresh milk and stir again. Next, add 100gr unsweetened yogurt and 1/2 teaspoon agar powder, continue stirring until the agar powder is completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Set the yogurt: Pour the yogurt mixture into yogurt containers or molds and cover tightly. Prepare a larger bowl or container than the yogurt mold, fill it with hot water at about 80°C and place the yogurt mold in it. Cover the bowl or container tightly with a thick cloth or towel and let the yogurt sit for 10 hours.
- Finished product: The finished yogurt is smooth and creamy with a distinctive aroma. It's firm but not too hard, with a delicious creamy cheese flavor and a perfect balance of sweetness and tanginess. Gelatin-made creamy yogurt
Ingredients: 400ml unsweetened fresh milk, 100g unsweetened yogurt (1 box), 80ml condensed milk, 15g gelatin powder. Method: Wet, steam the gelatin powder: Put 15g gelatin powder into a clean bowl with about 1.5 tablespoons of water, making sure the water is just enough to moisten the gelatin powder without making it too watery! Bring a pot of water to a boil, then place the bowl of gelatin mixture in the pot and steam for 5 - 10 minutes. When the gelatin powder is completely dissolved, forming a liquid mixture, slightly sticky is fine. Mix the mixture of fresh milk, condensed milk, gelatin powder: Put 400ml of unsweetened fresh milk into a pot with 80ml of condensed milk, place the pot on the stove. While heating, stir the milk for about 5 - 7 minutes until the mixture is dissolved and just warm, then turn off the heat. Next, add the gelatin powder mixture to the pot, stir well until the powder and milk are well blended, then add 1 box of unsweetened yogurt. Continue stirring until all the ingredients are completely dissolved. Put in a box, incubate: Prepare clean glass molds, spread a layer of food wrap on the mold. This step helps the yogurt, when set, will be easier to remove. Pour the yogurt mixture into the mold, cover tightly with a lid or use food wrap to seal the mouth of the mold. Arrange the yogurt molds in a pot, pour hot water into the pot so that the water level rises to about 2/3 the height of the molds. Cover the pot with a cloth, then cover the pot lid and incubate the yogurt for 8 - 12 hours. After the yogurt has fermented, remove it from the mold, put it in the refrigerator for 3 - 4 hours, then cut it into bite-sized pieces. Creamy matcha yogurt
Ingredients: 7g gelatin, 60ml cold fresh milk, 120ml fresh milk, 480ml yogurt, 1 teaspoon matcha powder, 2 teaspoons hot water, 2 teaspoons sugar.
