The pale moonlight casts a shadow through the lattice

Autumn whispers about marriage arrangements
She adorns herself with a wedding dress
The lonely room stays quiet..."

Love me, don’t let fate slip away
How pitiful, my heart aches for you..."

Picking bitter melon, boiling vegetables with salted fish
Every evening by the fields we play
Near the river, the birdcall echoes
Those childhood days, now far away from my life..."
