2. Train
In Train, the storyline revolves around the concept of parallel universes. An accident on a night train officially creates a gateway between two worlds, leading to a series of unpredictable events that the characters must find a way to resolve.
Train is the first series from OCN to explore the theme of parallel universes. The parallel universe concept in Train is very logical; characters or events in one universe will have completely different outcomes in the other universe. This creates what is called a 'multi-universe crisis,' which is the unique aspect that sets director Ryu Seung Jin's project apart from other similar genre masterpieces.
Yoon Shi Yoon plays the main character Seo Do Won - a police officer following the path of redemption in universe A, but falling into a quagmire of corruption in universe B. He is paired with actress Kyung Soo Jin, who portrays Han Seo Kyung - a straightforward, loyal prosecutor in world A, but becomes a cold, even indifferent female detective in version B.
