- For the chicken, you can use a local chicken or industrial chicken. If using a local chicken, prepare about half of it, take the meat, and the chicken bones can be used to make soup. If using industrial chicken, prepare the chicken thigh, just need a slightly large thigh, remove the bones, and you'll have a bowl of chicken meat to stir-fry with lima beans.
