4. Tomato-infused tilapia porridge
Ingredients:
- Fresh carp, 1 piece
- Tomatoes, cilantro, onion
- High-quality rice

Ingredients:
- White rice porridge
- Tilapia fillet
- Broccoli
- Ginger
- Fish sauce, cooking oil for baby
Instructions:
- Step 1: Prepare the ingredients: After cleaning the tilapia fillet, boil it with a few slices of ginger to eliminate the fishy smell. While waiting for the fish to cook, finely chop the washed broccoli.
